 Many Quill Teams have started to share various team updates. The one we like the most is where all new team members are asked a series of questions (favorite color, movie, etc) and then they post a photo of the new team member. Helps to introduce the team to the person and adds a little humanity.

Show Progress / Change

 There is lots of change and it is hard to keep the team up to speed. Teams not only communicate the change but use Quill to document the change over the course of an entire project. One team logged more than 3,000 photos during the opening of a hotel. The before and after is amazing.

 We will admit, we were surprised by this one. Teams are taking screen shots and sharing them on Quill. What a great way to get the word out. Trip Advisor, Facebook, Yelp, and customer emails.

Best Practices

 When you get it right, everyone needs to know. Share it on the fly.  Sending an email to everyone misses 70% of your team. You can tag it as well and go back and search to show the example again.
